John Kaye, Mehreen Faruqi, Justin Field will head up the Greens NSW Upper House team in the March 2015 election, the party's Returning Officer Seamus Lee announced today.
Declaring the results of a state-wide postal ballot of all members of the party, Mr Lee said: "The Greens NSW have a fundamental commitment to grassroots democracy. While NSW Labor is engaged in an internal brawl over reforms to their preselection system, thousands of Greens members have engaged in a truly democratic process to elect their candidates for the Upper House.
"The final results of the ballot will be confirmed by the party's governing body, the State Delegates Council, in June," Mr Lee said.
Greens NSW MP John Kaye, who will lead the ticket, said: "The Greens have chosen a strong ticket to promote our vision of clean politics, new jobs in renewable energy, a healthy environment and revitalised public services.
